Yoga Nidra is an inner state of deep sleep, with awareness retained. In the Contemplative Practice Yoga tradition, it is a practice of remembering and connecting with Prakasha, our inner light.
Relax in the supremely supported pose, Savasana, either on the floor, or in the comfort of your bed. Through the embodying experience of an integrative body scan, you will experience a dissolution of external and internal tensions and worries, and a return to your pure essence of joy.
Please join me in this deeply nourishing and restorative practice. You deserve this sacred time.
